A sending organization is a local organization that sends people who want to gain skills and knowledge by working in Japan. LPK Wakawashi Mandiri Indonesia in Yogyakarta handles everything from recruiting candidates to pre-departure training. About 100 trainees are enrolled, and besides Japanese, it offers job-specific training such as welding and scaffolding. We have worked with it since March 2026.

Japanese training tailored to your work

For the first month after arrival, trainees take a 176-hour intensive course at our facility, with our Indonesian-speaking staff present. They focus on words used on site and safety expressions for your work, so they settle in quickly from day one.
