What we do

Consultation and planning We hear about the work, number of workers and timing, and help you plan hiring and prepare the training plan.
Arranging interviews We arrange interview tours in Indonesia and online interviews, with Japanese–Indonesian interpreters.
Applications We prepare and file documents such as the training plan approval and residence status applications.
Post-arrival training For 1 month (176 hours) after arrival, trainees take Japanese and other courses tailored to your work at our facility before placement.
Audits and guidance visits Regular audits at least every 3 months and monthly guidance visits in the first year make sure training is carried out properly.
Daily-life support and consultation An Indonesian-speaking staff member is on site, and we respond to both companies and trainees 24 hours a day, every day.
Housing search We help trainees find housing. During post-arrival training they can stay at our lodging.
Life orientation We teach what is needed for daily life in Japan, such as traffic rules, sorting garbage, and riding a bicycle safely.
Briefings for companies Before arrival we explain how to work with trainees and how to respect their culture and religion.
Monthly reports We report on trainees and the results of audits and guidance visits to companies once a month.
Hospital visits When trainees are sick or injured, we go with them to the hospital.
