How interviews work

Interviews in Indonesia

Visit the sending organization in Indonesia and interview candidates in person. We arrange the trip. Interviews in Indonesia are possible not only at the recruiting stage but also while preparing for arrival.

Length: 4 days (cost provided in our quote)

Online interviews

Interview candidates online from Japan. Good for companies that cannot travel, and you can start right away.

Interpreters for both

Interviews in Indonesia and online both come with Indonesian–Japanese interpreters, so you can understand each candidate’s thoughts and personality without a language barrier.
